Who we are
We are Looft Industries AB, a company incorporated and registered in Sweden. Our registered address is Ostermalmsgatan 26 A, 114 26 Stockholm, Sweden. Our corporate identity number is 556673-4330. Hereinafter, when we refer to “we”, “us”, or “our”, we are referring to Looft Industries AB.
When you make an order on this website it represents entering an agreement with us. We therefore assume that you, prior to your order, have read and understood the information hereunder.
All prices on this website include value added tax. Orders shipped to Sweden will include 25% value added tax, while orders shipped outside Sweden will include 19% value added tax. We reserve the rights to modify prices without prior notice. Freight cost will be determined at the checkout.
For orders made on our EU website, we accept payment with Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Apple Pay. For order made on our Swedish website, we accept payment with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay and Klarna (only debit card payment option).
If your item(s) does not fulfil your expectations or if you for some other reason are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to return your item(s). We offer a 14 day return policy, meaning that you have 14 days as of the date you received your item(s) to return/postmark your order.
Any item(s) that you return shall be returned to us in the same condition that you received it. The item(s) must be returned unused and in the original packaging together with all its content. When the return has been approved, you will receive a refund from us within 30 days of us having received the item(s).

Delivery will normally be made within 10 working days. All orders (except Sweden) are shipped from our warehouse in Germany. Orders to Sweden are shipped from our warehouse in Sweden.
We are liable for items that are lost or damaged during delivery.
Deliveries outside the European Union (EU) & European Economic Area (EEA)
We only dispatch parcels to countries within the EU/EEA. If you live in a country that is not part of the EU/EEA, please contact us by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Should the item(s) you have received be defective, or in any other way deviate from the agreement between yourself and us, you have the right so submit a complaint, provided that you make us aware of the defect or deviation from the agreement within a reasonable time frame after the defect or deviation has been discovered. A complaint made within 2 months after the discovery shall always be deemed to be made within a reasonable time.
For a product to be considered defective, the defect must have occurred before the product was sold. Any defect that has resulted from a misuse of our product will therefore not be deemed defective.
Your right to submit a claim expires after three years. If you want to file a complaint, we kindly ask you to fill our warranty claim form
